Pour un devis, la visite à Leuven se fixe en général sous quelques jours ouvrés. Nous partons de Tienen, à 18 km, et nous groupons nos visites par secteur : si un chantier tourne déjà cette semaine à Wezembeek-Oppem ou Zaventem, cela peut aller plus vite. En cas de fuite active, nous venons d’abord bâcher et sécuriser ; l’isolation de toiture n’est chiffrée qu’ensuite.
For a pitched roof, aim for 18 to 24 cm of mineral wool or PIR depending on the material, to meet the requirements in force. In an existing roof structure the space between rafters is limited: you then add a second layer under the rafters, crossing the joints.
In most cases, yes: the insulation is fitted from the inside. Sarking — insulation laid over the roof structure, under the tiles — is only justified if the roof has to be redone anyway. In that case it is the best solution, and the question comes up before the tiles are ordered.
