Two bases, one team
Dak Meester works from Tienen and Grimbergen on roofs in Flemish Brabant and Brussels. No sales staff, no chain of subcontractors: the person who surveys the roof is the person who lays it.
Why two addresses
Our registered office is in Tienen, in the Hageland; our depot is in Grimbergen, in the northern periphery of Brussels. Together these two points cover an area that would otherwise be too wide for a single team: from Landen in the east to Asse and Dilbeek in the west. In practice the team sets off from whichever is nearer, and that saves travelling every day — time that does not appear on your bill.
How we price a job
Never over the phone. We go up onto the roof, we measure and we photograph every defect, because half of what is wrong with a roof is invisible from the ground. The quotation separates the urgent from what can wait, item by item. When a repair is enough, no renewal appears on it — putting one there is the quickest way to lose a customer, and leaving it off the quickest way to keep one.
What we do not do
We do not publish testimonials written by ourselves on this site, we do not claim to be reachable 24 hours a day, and we do not put prices on a page that nobody updates. What you read here about our rating — 4.9 out of 5 — comes straight from our Google listing and can be checked there.
Insurance and guarantee
Our work is covered by ten-year liability and by our public liability insurance. The certificates are attached to the quotation, before anything is signed — not afterwards, and not on request.

We go up onto the roof
The diagnosis is made on the roof, not from the ground. A photo record of every defect, a check of the detail points and of the roof structure.

You receive the quotation
Within 24 hours, item by item, clearly separating what is necessary from what can wait.

We do the work
Site protected, roof closed up every evening, ground cleaned. The certificates reach you with the invoice.
