West of Brussels the landscape changes quickly: from dense town cores to villa districts with old trees, then to the open Pajottenland.

Dilbeek is maintenance territory above all. Detached houses from the 1970s and 1980s, trees right up against the roof, leaves in the gutters and moss on the north side. Anyone who has it checked once a year rarely gets as far as major work — and we say so.

Asse and its villages sit in open countryside: less shelter, more wind on the verges, and still a lot of outbuildings and cowsheds in pre-2001 corrugated sheets.

Halle is the third case: a compact core of closely terraced building, where the first question is how to get the scaffold up and what the town requires. In the districts towards the Pajottenland that is no longer an issue and the conversation goes straight to the roof.

Cleaning and moss removal
From the top downwards, gutters cleared before the job ends, and a straight opinion on the state of the tiles.
Corrugated sheets on outbuildings
Pre-2001 cowsheds, carports and lean-tos: taken down without breakage, with the disposal document.
Working in the centre
Road occupation permit, restricted hours and neighbours to be warned: that goes into the schedule from the quotation onwards.
